I have no idea what any of this mean, but it doesn't look fun.
It means you're better off driving this weekend.
Wow, what a mad mess! No detours in our area, **but** it is college graduation and college student move out season so the town is flooded with tons of parents and relatives unfamiliar with the area who are either driving at granny speed and slowing down all the buses, or speeding and zipping around and nearly causing accidents. I can't wait until the majority of the students are gone.
We are also mad crazy busy at work with parents generously buying supplies for the kids who are staying in town this summer, and then they're making shocked faces when they see the bill. I soooo want to say to them "it's your fault for not teaching your kids to buy ingredients and cook from scratch, if you buy nothing but Amy's frozen dinners and in-house prepared foods it'll be tons more expensive!" Besides, I look at their expensive clothes and accessories and it's obvious that they can afford to spend serious cash on food! The parents coming thru with kids buying stuff from the bulk and produce sections, and buying mostly staples and such, aren't making those shocked faces in my lane.
The kids themselves are mostly pretty cool and nice, but I really, really tend to hate a lot of the parents this time of the year. They seem to think they own the town because they send their kid here for school and act like the roadways are all theirs (and don't like to obey traffic laws like posted "no right turns on red" and think pedestrians do not exist and attempt to run me over)....summer will NOT come soon enough for me!
