You are so right! It was cold that night! She had an "appointment" that night? Yeah, we all did. It was called New Years Eve! I hope she goes to prison for a long, long time.
I don't care how much training the bus drivers have to rely on the matrons, they should make sure that everybody is off his/her bus at the end of a shift. Oh, and to make sure that when the matron leaves the bus alone, they ask why she only has an invisible friend and not her special-needs friend.

Yeah, wasn't the bus driver aware of the guy on the back of the bus? Why isn't he or she facing charges too? (This is also why I look out for Amy.)
