Kiplinger just voted Raleigh Number Two out of the Ten Best Cities to Live, Work and Play. When one of my coworkers mentioned it in the office, nearly everyone replied, "have they been to Raleigh?" At least I can say we're better than Fayetteville, Arkansas and Boise, Idaho. Yay, City of Oaks!
